Condolences
Cecilia Bourguet My deepest condolences April 28, 2015

John 5:28 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."

This passage speaks of the resurrection of our loved ones. It is not God's plan to see us suffer and die, so He extends the following invitation to us: "Come near to God and He will draw near to you" (James 4:8)

Jimmy Carroll Morrow -- Happy Birthday Uncle Raymond --- May 29, 2013

Happy Birthday Uncle Raymond...

Wow! I have never known Aunt Margie to be late for anything.

Jennifer Williams - Elkhart IN Aunt Margie was truly an exceptional person. May 28, 2013

Aunt Margie was truly an exceptional person.

I used to love it when they came to visit my grandpa and grandma and would share Stories of all the places they had been.

She was always smiling and left smiles where ever she went. She will be missed but I know she is happy to see uncle Raymond.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We love you guys

Bobby & Baebara Jo Morrow RED LAVA LAMP you gave to my Parents in 1970's May 28, 2013

Raymond & Margie Holmes,

I remember well that RED LAVA LAMP you gave to my Parents in 1970's and how they would turn that RED LAVA LAMP on at night during special occasions, or while receiving visitors, or while sitting at night with their Grand Kids "eating a mid-night snack"... or just while sitting at night with themselves alone in the house... Dad in his recliner and mother in her rocking chair... pondering the events of the day now nigh...

Mom & Dad ( Floyd & Mary Lou Morrow ) really enjoyed your visits and bragged upon you often.

Say hello to them, where you two are, for us.

Internet Webman Should you go first and I remain May 28, 2013

Should you go first and I remain,

To walk the road alone

I'll live in memory's garden dear,

With happy days we've known

In spring I'll wait for roses red,

When fades the lilacs bloom

And in early fall when brown leaves fall,

I'll catch a glimpse of you

Should you go first and I remain,

For battles to be fought

Each thing you've touched along the way,

Will be a hallowed spot

I'll hear your voice I'll see your smile

Though blindly I may grope

The memory of your helping hand,

Will buoy me on with hope

Should you go first and I remain,

To finish with the scroll

No lessening shadows shall ever creep in

To make this life seem droll

We've known so much of happiness,

We've had our cup of joy

And memory is one gift of God,

That death cannot destroy

I want to know each step you take,

That I may walk the same

For someday down that lonely road,

You'll hear me call your name

Should you go first and I remain,

One thing I'll have you do

Walk slowly down that long long path,

For soon I'll follow you

Beyond the sunset

Oh blissful morning

When with our savior,

Heaven is begun

Earth's toiling ended,

Oh glorious dawning

Beyond the sunset

When day is done

In that fair homeland

We'll know no parting

Beyond the sunset

For ever more

- BEYOND the SUNSET - Hank Williams Sr.

Barbara Ann (Holmes) Morrow Aunt Margie is not ONLY my FAVORITE AUNT... May 28, 2013

Aunt Margie is not ONLY my FAVORITE AUNT...  she & Uncle Raymond are MUCH more...

When I was 17-Years Old my Mother DIED, and Mother's Little Sister "Margie" became my second Mom by her own decision.   Uncle Raymond & Aunt Margie stepped right into my life and were the best "Set of Parents" and I am so thankful to Uncle Raymond & Aunt Margie every time their grown sons Ronnie & Kenny even now call me " sis ".    Ronnie & Kenny were USHERS at my wedding and after overcoming complications with premature birth, we traveled our 6-Month old child up to Elkhart to meet Uncle Raymond & Aunt Margie as Uncle Raymond & Aunt Margie are that special to us.

The last time that Aunt Margie spoke to me was Mother's Day, but that's not the last time call we shared because even after Aunt Margie could no longer speak, Ronnie made it so that I could talk to Aunt Margie where Aunt Margie could hear.

What a REUNION it will be when we see them ALL together again in Heaven some day as Uncle Raymond & Aunt Margie are there together with their parents & kin now.

Laurie Padgett Elkhart, Indiana - May 25, 2013 8:21 PM May 26, 2013
I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Margie meant so much to me. I remember she gave me a rock when I was little called an Apache Tear, I kept it in my jewelery box for years. I am so thankful she was in my life. There is such a reunion in Heaven right now. Love Laurie (Brenda's Daughter)
